9/11 FILMS is a film production company dedicated to making movies that matter. Movies that last, that stay with you. To tell stories that are intriguing, topical and entertaining. Movies that get people talking. To make movies that matter, because life matters.
9/11 FILMS was founded by Presiden/Producer Jeremy Fairman in 2012.
Jeremy graduated from Hunter College with a B.A. in Film Production and Creative Writing.
Jeremy served as Associate Producer, sound recordist and second camera on “8 for Vegas,” a faux documentary written and directed by John Painz.
Jeremy has directed two short films, both written by Eleanor Lobell; “The Interview”and “Xtreme Marketing.” Jeremy also directed the music video “Peel” for the Indie Rock Group, “The Fylls.”

Jeremy also has written, directed and produced three short student film projects; “Once More Into the Breach,””The Candle” and “Miyuki and Pietro in the Case of the Stolen Case.” “Once More into the Breach” was shot on 16mm film.
Jeremy has written three feature length screenplays; “Hoops”-- a story about a basketball
player’s second chance at the pros and redemption, “Jacob”-- a story of an ex C.I.A. operative, turned vigilante, who has to juggle his family and clients while trying to escape his past and “Room for Rent”-- a comedy about a life-long New Yorker, who ultimately has to choose between his city and the woman of his dreams.
In addition, Jeremy has written two short
screenplays, “It’s My World, Dog,” about a bookstore shipping/receiving department, that serves
as a microcosm for race relations in present day America and "Western in a Nutshell" -- a spoof of Westerns in under ten minutes.
